About This Coffee
This specialty coffee comes from the Miramar plot of La Cabaña Farm, located in the volcanic highlands of Santa Rosa, El Salvador, a region known for its mineral-rich soil and high-altitude coffee cultivation.
Isauro Solares, the fourth-generation coffee producer and owner of La Cabaña Farm, is a pioneer in innovation and quality. He continuously invests in both farm improvement and professional training, including barista-level education, allowing him to understand the full specialty coffee journey, from seed to cup.
At La Cabaña, coffee is shade-grown alongside bananas, avocados, and macadamia trees, contributing to a complex ecosystem that enhances the flavour profile. The natural drying process brings out the coffee's inherent tropical sweetness and balance.
This lot, featuring a blend of Caturra and Pacamara varieties, offers a uniquely sweet and fruity cup with notes of biscuit, caramel, pineapple, and a smooth nutty finish, perfect for filter brewing, espresso machines, or moka pots.
