Agua Sarca Farm is a 69-hectare estate fully devoted to coffee cultivation, nestled in the coffee town of Dipilto, in the acclaimed Nueva Segovia region. With over 300,000 coffee trees and 7 different varietals, Agua Sarca is a hub of innovation, sustainability, and high-quality coffee.

Isacio Vilchez began his coffee journey as a child, picking cherries during school holidays. His earliest memory is of encountering the Maragogipe variety, which sparked his lifelong passion for coffee. After studying agronomy at university, he joined his father in farming and gradually took over the operations. With over 30 years of experience, Isacio is a respected producer and active member of a local cooperative, sharing his knowledge and techniques with the community.
