This coffee is produced by Gerardo Arias Camacho, a respected grower from the Tarrazú region, one of Costa Rica’s most iconic coffee zones, known for its bright acidity and clean, fruity cup profiles.
From his farms Monte Alto (30 ha) and Casa de Piedra (50 ha), Gerardo cultivates Red Catuai under ideal conditions, volcanic andisol soils, high altitude, and cool microclimates in the districts of San José and San Francisco de León Cortés.
Gerardo oversees every step of the process, from agronomic practices to milling, ensuring full traceability from seed to cup. His dedication results in consistent micro-lots with the signature qualities of Tarrazú coffees, refined sweetness, vibrant citrus acidity, and exceptional clarity.
