Information: Don Rafa Farm is nestled in the small community of Las Margaritas in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.This serene place, with just 270 residents, rests in the southeastern part of the country, sharing its border with Guatemala. Chiapas enjoys a warm, tropical climate, and though rainfall lessens as one moves towards the Pacific, it remains sufficient for cultivating coffee and other tropical crops. The mountain ranges within Chiapas create diverse climates, sometimes cool and misty, nurturing unique cloud forests like those in the Reserva Montes Azules, rich in rare plants and creatures.
