Information: Coffee came to Burundi in 1020 under Belgian colonial rule and from 1933 every peasant farmer had to cultivate at least fifty coffee trees. Burundi is such a small country that it does not really have distinct growing areas. The terminology fully washed is that coffee has been passed through a 100% washed process. The terminology AA is because beans are 17 or more in screening.
