Using the Culturing process, the coffee cherries undergo a 72-hour mixed fermentation inside a bioreactor with restricted oxygen. During this stage, selected microorganisms are introduced alongside real pineapples, blackberries, and strawberries. This bio-enhanced environment allows the coffee to absorb complex microbial activity, resulting in a flavor profile that cannot be achieved through traditional processing methods.

After fermentation, the beans are solar-dried for 30 days, allowing sugars and fruit acids to stabilize and mature fully. The result is a cup bursting with blackberry and cherry notes, finished with a luxurious white chocolate sweetness.
