Syphon/ Vacuum Pot Hario Technica

The Hario brewing device, also known as the Siphon, is made of a special fire-resistant glass material. The design is fascinating and creates an association for some complex chemical experiment. In fact, it is relatively easy to use, combining in itself several methods of extraction: by soaking and gravity. Making coffee in this appliance is a real spectacle for the eyes. It comes complete with a gas burner, which is soaked in alcohol and ignited. Water is placed in the lower part of the siphon, and ground coffee is placed in the upper filter. Once the water is heated enough and begins to brew, a vacuum is created that moves to the top and soaks the coffee. After a certain time, the burner is removed and the coffee is filtered by gravity. The drink is rich in flavors and aromas and can be served directly from the lower part of the device, which is equipped with a plastic-metal handle. The siphon was invented back in the 19th century, but it arouses the interest of every coffee lover and professional to this day.
