Solares is the owner of La Cabaña farm, located in the coffee growing
region of Fraijanes in the municipality of Santa Rosa. The farm
has been in the family for four generations, and is a leading farm in innovation.
Isauro
Solares invests in improvements to the farm and in his training, even
taking barista courses to gain in-depth knowledge of the entire coffee
chain. The farmer grows unique coffees that grow under shade in
mineral-rich volcanic soils. In addition to coffee, the farm also grows
bananas, avocados and macadamia nuts.
